About Karen
I started my Herbalife Nutrition journey 23 years ago. I needed to lose weight, and I wanted to improve my health. I also lacked energy and was suffering with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS) at the time.
In 3 days my energy levels improved. In 2 weeks I noticed my clothes were looser and my digestive issues were improving. I lost 5kgs in 4 weeks. Over the years my asthma has reduced and I feel great every day!
I also starting using the range of skin care products and my skin began to glow and now the range is a part of my everyday regime.

My role as a Wellness Coach is to help people improve their health and well being. I offer a great proven product with a 44+ year successful history. Along with the highest quality nutrition products, I offer a service to ensure you get the result you are looking for. Encouragement and support go hand in hand with Herbalife.
For those buying the Quickstart, Advanced and Ultimate Programs for weight management, I offer a FREE Wellness Coaching Plan to help you get started and to support you on your journey.
The plan includes an initial evaluation, menu planning and assistance with choosing the right program and Herbalife products as well as 3-5 follow-up consults as needed.
We can chat over email, phone or Zoom or if you are local to me in Auckland, I may also be able to visit with you to meet in person.
After our initial consult, I can provide ongoing encouragement and support through regular follow-ups where I can check in to see how you are tracking and to see if you need more assistance.... or maybe you just want to share your results!
